Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized products

  • Limited edition items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • You simply changed your mind.

  • You ordered the wrong size after placing your order.

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

However, if the issue was caused by our error, including receiving the wrong item, incorrect size, or a defective product, we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within several business days, depending on your payment provider and bank.


Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Refunds or returns will not be issued if:

  • An incorrect shipping address was entered during checkout.

  • The package was unclaimed or refused by the recipient.

  • The order was returned to us because delivery could not be completed due to customer-related issues.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if we shipped the wrong product.

If you need an exchange, please contact us at Contact@sneakdealer.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
